The jacuzzi was shockingly unheated! Also, the pillows could use a wash, and there’s no microwave? Really?

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay filled with surprises! The Adventure Zone was a hit with the kids, while leisurely morning laps in the serene pool were blissful. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast spread. it caters to all tastes. Room service was prompt, enhancing our relaxing experience!

the jacuzzi was cold. which is disappointing for such an expensive place. on a positive note, the gym was fantastic with tons of equipment. enjoyed my meals at the great breakfast buffet too. really appreciated the attentive housekeeping staff.

The room offered a stunning view and was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The attention to detail in the decor of the lobby was impressive, especially during the Lunar Year celebrations. However, the lack of essential amenities like a microwave and an unheated jacuzzi detracted from the experience. The dining options were disappointing, with a breakfast buffet that didn't meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

During my stay, the staff member who helped my grandmother made her smile, which I hadn't seen in a long time. Their kindness reminded me of the importance of connecting with family, especially when traveling.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the fact that Bonifacio High Street is just a quick walk away, and the vibrant atmosphere at The Fort Strip is only a few steps away, making it super convenient for a weekend filled with city explorations. plus, the service was fantastic and the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety to fuel my adventures each day. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfort of my room, which provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
